Why we need something like this….. • With the upcoming Olympics, people might decide they want to move here and need a good way to find a decent place • Other web sites are more general…..and can’t/don’t provide area specific information • Web sites that DO provide area specific information don’t have decent apartment searches

  7. Case Study: Yahoo • What they do well: • Good user interface • Several search customizations • How they suck: • Lack of area specific information • Poor ability to narrow search down to specific areas of town

  8. Case Study: CitySearch • What they do well: • Provide very area specific information • How they suck: • Search engine has very limited search customizations (can only search by city)
