How Is The Proposed Work Program Built? • The Work Program is built from: • Federal mandates and requirements • 2010-2035 Regional Transportation Plan • Member agency planning priorities and needs • Three key elements provide a foundation: • NYMTC’s Mission Statement • Goals, objectives, needs and concepts defined in the Plan • Federal planning regulations PFAC Meeting

Core Projects in the Proposed Work Program • Projects related to required planning products: • Regional Transportation Plan • Transportation Improvement Program • Unified Planning Work Program • Projects related to required planning analyses: • Congestion Management Process • Air Quality Conformity PFAC Meeting
