  2. Early Life He was born on 2nd October, 1869 in British India. He was raised in a nurturing environment. He got married at the age 14 to a woman name Karabai. He studied Law at the University College London.

  3. Gandhi’s Controversial Actions Gandhi wrote works of writing that posed racism thoughts towards African people. Gandhi encouraged the role of Indians in the Zulu War, World War I and II Gandhi Also added a salt tax to gain Indian Rights

  4. Gandhi's Motives Gandhi felt that the only way to learn was from his mistakes. He was motivated by “ The Kingdom of God is Within You”, “Unto His Last” and The Gita. Gandhi was forever motivated by the Gita and the lessons it had about truth.

  5. Gandhi Impacted the World Gandhi created the idea of civil rights by fighting for India. He also lead the independence of India. He showed that one person can really make an impact.

  6. Gandhi's Death Gandhi was assonated by an extremist before giving a speech. He blamed Gandhi for weakening India. Gandhi’s ashes were spread all over. Some urns of his ashes were kept in secret.
