Their confidence in communication and strength in leadership will make them stand out in any crowd. • Junior Program: Grade 2 to 5 • Senior Program: Grade 6 to 11

We prepare your child to realize their untapped potential. iLEAP Club cultivates shy and reserved students whilst challenging and sharpening the tools of more confident speakers with essential life skills. We equip them with a broad range of soft skills to tackle future challenges and capitalize on opportunities that arise. We are creating tomorrow’s leaders, today!

Research-Based Strategy • Research-BasedStrategy • Research conducted by Harvard University, the Carnegie Foundation and Stanford Research Center have all concluded that 85% of job success comes from having well‐developed soft and people skills and only 15% of job success comes from technical skills and knowledge (hard skills).

Building 21stCentury Skills iLEAPClub follows a unique program format, whereby members learn by taking the initiative to sign up for executive meeting roles, providing constructive and positive feedback, presenting and speaking in front of their peers, and organizing professional meetings for themselves.
