  8. Muscular Strength (MS) • The greatest amount of force that a muscle or group of muscles can exert in a single effort • Skeletal system and Central nervous system • Applied as lifting max weight once or a few times

  9. Muscular Endurance (ME) • The ability of a muscle or muscle groups to perform repeated movements with sub-maximal force for extended periods of time • Applied as lifting low weights, a lot of times

  10. Flexibilty • The ability to move the joints of the body through an entire, normal range of motion • Skeletal System and Central Nervous System

  11. Body Composition • The percentage between lean muscle mass/connective tissues and body fat
