  2. The Roll Grinder is a metal cutting machine divided into subsystems, including a load-bearing system, a drive system, a grinding system, and a measuring system. Roll grinders offer over 97% availability to keep the rolling mill production lines in operation. In Roll Grinding applications, the roll diameter is greater than the wheel diameter. The amount of stress between the wheel and roll at the point of contact determines the grinding outcome. Roll Grinding removes cracks or cuts. The operational factors affecting Roll Grinding are Wheel speed, Roll speed, Traverse rate, Sequential Infeed rate, and the type and flow of coolant application. A Grain Huller or rice husker is an agriculture machine that automates removing the trash of rice grains.
