  2. Beef • Cows are used to eat and work. One thing that is when they get older we use a painless process that doesn't hurt them and that puts them to sleep. We use them to eat. From them we get meat which can be stake,hamburgers,and other things. • When the owner feels it is right they will brand them and put a tag in their ear the brand and the tag lets other farmers know who's cow that is!

  3. Curds & Whey • The first cheese plant was built in 1851 in Rome,Ny. • Cheddar Cheese is 3.5% fat / Moderezela cheese is 1.5% fat. • I eat 25 pounds of cheese every year by my self. • You need 3-4 servings a day!

  4. Food safety. • If you want meat and veggies for dinner and your cutting on a wood cutting board cut you veggies first because that meat may have the bacteria in your meat that you don’t want in your veggies. To freeze your meat correctly your freezer must be at 0 degrees Fahrenheit • Your fridge should be at 40 degrees.

  5. Cow Milking • The mans cow was named peach she was four years old and was pregnant with her second calf. The man had been milking her three times a day for 10 months. Cows have very long tongues peaches tongue was 12 inches long! • Peach didn’t have her top teeth. All cows have 4 stomachs peach also has four stomachs.

  6. Corn • Corn has been in Northwestern Mexico since 4,000 years ago! • Corn, beans, and squash are referred to as the three sisters • One day, there was this anesthesiologist that was walking threw a site and he found Anastasia beans and he planted them and they were still good!

  7. Pecan's Pecacans are a nut. They have a shell the pecan. Pecans are planted about 10 feet apart so that when they get older they can have room to grow.

  8. Animals! • We saw cows, horses, and goats, sheep, donkeys, bulls , and alot of other things. We saw a bull arena and it has a longhorn bull in the arena!

  9. Cotton • Cotton is more than 7,ooo years old! Cotton is grew in California, Florida, Arizona, and New Mexico. Te cotton jenwas invented by Eli Whitney inn 1851.
