    3. The Haj One of the best deeds Fiqh as Sunnah 5.1 c : Abu Hurairah (ra) reported that The Prophet (p) was once asked: "What is the best deed?" He replied: "To have faith in Allah and His Messenger." The enquirer asked: "What next?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "To strive in the cause of Allah." "What is the next best thing?" He replied: "Haj Mabrur (a faultless Haj that is free of sin and is graced with Divine acceptance and pleasure)."

Haj It’s steps Upon arrival in Mecca, the Haji performs a series of rituals symbolic of the lives of Ibrahim, pbuh, and Hagar, pbuh The acts also symbolize solidarity with Muslims worldwide The Haj begins on the 8th day of Dhul Hijjah (12th month) If they are not already wearing Ihram upon their arrival, pilgrims put on ihram clothing, and then leave Mecca for the nearby town of Mina, where they spend the rest of the day

Tawaf ul Qudoom Upon Arrival in Mecca Hajis perform their first Tawaf Walking anticlockwise around the Kaaba 7 times First 3 circuits fast, the rest slowly On each circuit the Haji points at the Black Stone After completing the Tawaf, offer 2 Rakats Wajib Salaat, behind Maqam Ibrahim (or any place within Masjid e Haraam)

    8. Sa’i After Tawaf, perform Sa’i Walking 7 times between hills of Safa and Marwah As part of this ritual, Hajis drink water from the Zamzam Well Hajis return to their tents in Mina or exit Ihram till 8th Dhul Hijjah if doing Haj Tamattu

    9. Mina First day of Haj Yaum-ut-Tarwiyah  (8th Dhul Hijjah) Do second Ihram for HAJ if doing Tamattu or continue same Ihram if doing Qiran or Ifrad Proceed to Mina Perform 5 Salaats there, i.e. Zohar, Asr, Maghrib, Esha and Fajr of the next day (9 Dhul Hijjah)

    10. Wuquf e Arafat Second day of Haj Yaum-ul-Arafah (9th Dhul Hijjah) Leave Mina for Arafat. Considered the highlight of Haj Pray Zuhr & Asr toghether in Masjid Namrah Stand in contemplative vigil, near Jabal e Rahmat Spend the afternoon within defined area on the plain of Arafat until sunset No specific rituals/prayers required during stay at Arafat

Muzdalifah AL MUZDALIFA: Return From Arafat Without offering Maghrib prayer, leave Arafat for Muzdalifah Area between Arafat and Mina- where 49 pebbles gathered for ritual of stoning of the Devil Offer Maghrib and Isha prayers together in Muzdalifah at Isha time Spend the night sleeping on the ground at Muzdalifah, before returning to Mina on the 10th of Dhul Hijjah

    12. Departure from Muzdalifa Third day of Haj Yaum-un-Nahr  (10th Dhul Hijjah) In Muzdalifah, after Fajr, proceed to Mina Throw 7 pebbles at Jamrat al Aqabah before Zawal Animal sacrifice Shaving head (Halq or Taqsir) Go to Mecca for Tawaf Al Ifadah (Ziyarah) Stay night of 10th in Mina

    13. Rami Jamarat in Mina Fourth Day of Haj (On the afternoon of 11th Dhul Hijjah) Hajis must again stone all 3 Jamarat in Mina 7 pebbles per jamarat (sughra, wusta and lastly aqabah) Time starts after Zawal and ends before sunset .

Rami Jamarat in Mina & Tawaf al Wada Fifth Day of Haj The same ritual must be performed on 12th Dhul Hijjah Leave Mina for Mecca before sunset on the 12th If unable to leave Mina before sunset, perform stoning ritual again on 13th before returning to Mecca Tawaf al-Wida Before leaving Mecca, perform a farewell tawaf called Tawaf al Wida (no Sa’i)

Haj A Duty Haj is a duty that mankind owes to Allah (those who can afford the expenses) ????? ?????? ??????????? ???????? ???????????? ????? ???????? ????? ?????? ???????? ????? ???????? ????? ????????? ???? ?????????? ???????? ???????? ????? ?????? ??????? ???? ??????? ???? ????????????? In it are clear signs, the standing place of Ibrahim, and whoever enters it shall be secure, and pilgrimage to the House is incumbent upon men for the sake of Allah, (upon) every one who is able to undertake the journey to it; and whoever disbelieves, then surely Allah is Self-sufficient, above any need of the worlds. (Quran, Surah Aal Imran: 97)

    18. Hadith About Haj Narrated Aisha: I said, "O Allah's Apostle! We consider Jihad as the best deed." The Prophet said, “The best Jihad (for women) is Haj Mabrur”   (Sahih al Bukhari, Book # 26, Hadith # 595) Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Whoever performs Haj for Allah's pleasure and does not have sexual relations with his wife, and does not do evil or sins then he will return (after Haj free from all sins) as if he were born anew."   (Sahih al Bukhari, Book # 26, Hadith # 596)
