We know what you are thinking, it can be a struggle to be thoughtful about your meals when you are busy with never ending to-do lists. But hold that thought. We have some instant breakfast recipes for you that are not only healthy and delicious but also time-saving and convenient. All with a little help from iD Fresh Food. 1. Chilli Idly How about adding a spicy and tangy twist to your idlies? Easy to make and quick to serve, Chilli Idly can ‘instantly’ light up your mornings. Here’s what you need: 2 or 3 idlies made from iD Organic Idly and Dosa Batter, 1 cup of diced onions, 2 sliced green chillies, 1tsp of ginge-garlic paste, 1 cup of cabbage, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 cup of diced capsicum, 2 tsp of Thai chilli sauce, 1tsp of black pepper and Spring onion. Here's how you do it: Step 1: Slice each iD idly into 5-6 pieces. Step 2: Heat oil in a pan. Step 3: Fry the idly cubes in the oil until they turn golden brown. Keep aside. Step 4: Heat some oil in the pan, add onions and green chillies and saute. Stir and fry on medium flame. Step 5: Add ginger-garlic paste to the pan and mix well. Step 6: Add the cabbage, capsicum and Thai chilli sauce to the mix. Stir and fry again. Step 7: Finally, add the fried idly cubes to the pan. Add black pepper and stir them together. Step 8: Garnish with spring onion and serve!

  2. 2. Carrot and Onion Waffle Waffle lovers rejoice! It’s an Indian style waffle that is crispy, spongy and sure to make your mornings happy. Here’s what you need: 500 ml of iD Organic Idly and Dosa Batter, half a cup of diced onions, 2 finely grated carrots, 1 cup of coriander leaves, salt to taste and 1tsp of butter or oil. Here's how you do it: Step 1: Add the iD idly batter to a mixing bowl. Step 2: Add the onions, carrots, coriander to the bowl. Add salt to taste and mix well. Step 3: Heat waffle maker. Add butter or oil to grease the waffle maker. Step 4: Pour batter mixture into the waffle maker and close the lid. Cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side. Step 5: Remove the waffles carefully and serve with sambar and chutney. 3. Beetroot Paniyaram Just the name screams ‘healthy and nutritious!’. Try it once and these sweet South-Indian dumplings will always have a special place in your heart. Here’s what you need: 500 ml of iD Organic Idly and Dosa Batter, 1 cup of diced beetroot, 1 cup of diced ginger, 1 cup of diced coconut pieces, 1 cup of corn, 1 tsp of jeera. Here's how you do it: Step 1: Add the iD idly batter to a mixing bowl. Step 2: Add beetroot, corn, ginger and coconut to a mixer grinder. Blend together until it

  3. becomes a fine paste. Step 3: Add the beetroot paste to the batter and mix well. Add jeera to enhance the flavour. Step 4: Add oil to the paniyaram moulds. Once the paniyaram maker is hot, drop the batter in the moulds. Step 5: Close the lid and cook for approximately 5 minutes until the paniyarams become golden brown. Step 6: Flip the paniyarams over to cook the other side. Remove from pan and serve hot! Bonus Dessert Recipes Now, for some luscious dessert recipes to make your day-to-day dinings extra special! 4. Filter Coffee Chocolate Mousse Your ultimate chocolate fix with flavours from your favourite morning drink. Here’s what you need: 1 cup of whipped cream, 50 grams of castor sugar, 50 grams of dark chocolate compound, iD Filter coffee (20ml sachet) and 1 cup of chocolate shavings.
