  2. Background • DoD WebSDR cannot identify when an SDR is considered closed. • Requested by customers • Would support better reports & queries • Definitions vary within Component applications • SDR transactions “Purpose Codes” could be expanded to support better feedback • Interface with Finance

  4. Discussion • What information is available within action activity applications? • Key criteria: • Financial action (debit/credit) accomplished • Returned material received • Documentation supporting material disposition received • Resolution with vendor for new procurement • Other?

  5. Interface with Finance • Query DAAS history for matching Billing Adjustment • Type of Bill Code specific to SDRs not currently available • Type of Bill Codes are optional • Transactions to the Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS) for FMS • SDR Response Codes (SRCs)/Adjustment Reply Codes (SRC/ARCs)
