  1. ILP Library Work Day

  2. What do I have to do today? • Complete your ILP. Show Mrs. Henson when you get to 82% or higher. • 50 point test grade

  3. Done. What next? • Log in to Turnitin. Show Mrs. Henson you can do it. • 5 bonus points • Log in to Infinite Campus to check your grades. Show Mrs. Henson you can do it. • 5 bonus points • Check your Student Email. Show Mrs. Henson you can do it. • 5 bonus points

  4. And . . . ? • Work on other “stuff.” • Read The Color Purple. • Study for your exam. • Read/Review/Discuss yesterday’s multiple choice answers. • Read/Review/Discuss Oedipus the King and the concept of a tragic hero. Feel free to use these thoughtfully! • Your essay will require an organized response to this quotation: "Tragic heroes are so much the highest points in their human landscape that they seem the inevitable conductors of the power about them, great trees more likely to be struck by lightning than a clump of grass. Conductors may of course be instruments as well as victims of the divisive lightning."

  5. So I can get a 65/50 as a test grade? • Yep! • Students who choose to use this time to do anything except the tasks specified previously, however, will lose credit.
