  1. CWI DMA Please take out a piece of paper and complete the following: 1.Write down the vocabulary word and definition. 2. Choose ONE of these options and complete it. • Draw a picture that illustrates/explains the vocabulary word. • Rewrite the definition in your own words. • Write a sentence that includes the term and the information from the definition. Interim Government • Government set up to serve during the transition from a previous government.

Research Check • Please pass forward your SIGNED semester project checklist (yellow paper) • By midnight tonight – you must have your 4 sources shared with Wheeler in google docs • Don’t forget MLA format!!! • Make sure that your citations are indented correctly • Your document’s name must have your 1st & last names in it (otherwise – no credit)

  4. Government Metaphor Posters • Create 3 posters that have metaphor representations for each of these forms of government (unitary, federal and confederate). • Develop a rough draft of the posters and obtain Ms. Wheeler’s approval. • Poster requirements: • 3 metaphors (including pictures – no clip art or photos) • A paragraph explanation for each poster that clarifies the connection between the metaphor and the form of government. • School appropriate metaphors. • Creative, artistic and original (each poster can be the size of a standard piece of paper 11”x 8.5”). • Art supplies are in the back of the room • Tomorrow – you present your posters!!
