EffectiveDate:08/31/2021 The Institute For Conflict (IFC) was born in 2010 out of the need to work with schools who were experiencing violence and conflict among staff and students. Since then, the IFC has developed and transformed into a group of highly educated professionals from various backgrounds and industries who believe in social justice, mental health advocacy, innovative treatment, Jungian analytical psychology and education. The IFC sees itself as a competence center that aims to add social value and create a social voice for change. Therefore, it is the goal of the IFC to further of our culture’s understanding of how the oppressive systemic inequalities that stem from the unconscious effect the collective consciousness. IFC About JAMP© Training JAMP© treatment helps release and integrate splinter images of past conflicts from the complexes where they are stored after they have been dissociated by our natural defense mechanisms using advanced hypnotic techniques, which help release the image fragments that are held in the complexes. Once these fragmented images are released, they are understood by the Psyche as a symbol and can be integrated. The JAMP© Training program is devised to teach an in-depth understanding of Jungian psychology, as well as how to master the
