The consumers will have to obey the result of the lawsuit. • If Apple wins, iPhone/iPad will dominate smart phone and tablet market share • If Samsung wins, it will continue to have competition with Apple and expand market size in some areas • Other global smart phone industries will benefit from the “Loser”
