Challenges • Systematic implementation of Pause and Learn sessions at key points in a project’s lifecycle. “Soft mandate”. • Utilization of the KMAP web at the project level for planning and/or risk identification purposes. Lack of integration in standard project practice. Highly dependent on project leadership team. • Sustainability risk due to the use of a non-standard mapping tool (CmapTool).
