Make Your Own Easy DIY Save the Date Cards or Wedding Postponement Announcements
We’re really sad to say that this design was inspired by the Covid-19 outbreak. So many brides were affected and had to postpone, or rearrange their weddings. I wanted to put together an easy DIY design that was chic, easy to make but didn’t cost very much. I’m pretty pleased with the result. This is a really elegant, but versatile design that can be used for Wedding Postponement Announcements, Save The Date Cards or even Wedding Invitations. I’ve added gold foil to the design. If you’d like to see how we did this, we’ve added a link to the video at the end of this post. But if you want to keep it really simple, you could just print straight from the printer without adding the foil. The design would also look really beautiful if you replaced the card panel for vellum to add an extra touch of chic. For Each Invitation You Will Need: 1 x A6 Card in White 1/2 x Sheet of Matt off white A4 Card (1 sheet makes 2 invitations) 30cm of 16mm Ivory Satin Ribbon
