  1. What DO we Understand by the term Asthma? Asthma is a chronic condition where the bronchial tubes or the airways narrow down and get inflamed leading to difficulty in breathing. People who suffer from asthma have swollen and very sensitive airways.

  2. The airways tend to react strongly to certain inhaled substances like pet dander and pollens, air pollutants like smoke and strong odours and even certain medicines. Asthma could be a minor problem for some asthmatic patients. While for others it could ruin their normal day to day activities or even can lead to a life-threatening Asthma attack.
