  1. TEDx task tree 20may12

  2. How it works • Tree with major roles as branches, branching into sub teams (twigs), branching off into bite size tasks (apples) that volunteers can pick up on. • Red apples are available for volunteers to pick • Grey apples are committed to, and inactivated once a name and contact details are included. • In it’s basic form, it gives a good overview of all the tasks required for a TEDx event • We assume this is for the bigger events, smaller events can inactivate apples they won’t be using.

  3. potential trees for inspiration  ‘apples’ a cross between and ‘x’ and a splat? Need enough space to write text title and person’s name and email colour scheme, black, greys, red, or colourful? Will be made available to all TEDx organizers, so keep generic. would be nice to be more interactive, but not sure how much effort this is. A webpage source code would be best. Stylised Oak – round tree, equal length and spacing of branches? Prezi?
