Throughout the country, news channels have been describing events of horror and death in Syria; cases of woman and children being killed and thousands of people fleeing their homes; these horrible events in Syria need to stop and the American government, along with people around the world, need to take a stand to help solve this problem once and for all. Thesis

  4. A war has spread throughout the country of Syria. The Ba’ath government is abusing their power and rebel groups have taken a stand to protect their rights. The Syrian conflict

  5. As riots break out, the military is fighting back to control them. Military forces are not just attacking the rebel groups but are also attacking citizens that have nothing to do with the uprising. Thousands of innocent people have been gassed and killed by the military. (100,000+ dead, millions displaced) Gassings and killings
