December Release • Added Fund 466 for Straight A Fund • Items that are excluded under new Expenditure Standards have a blank category code. • Removed the following Function Codes 2160, 2184, 2185, 2186, 2188, 2189, 2214, 2215, 2216 ,2217, 2225, 2423, 2961, 2962, 2963, 2964, 2965, 2966, 2967, 2968, and 2969 • Removed the following receipt codes 3111,3112 and 3113 • ACTCHG – Added Spreadsheet option • Approp is now being audited

  3. March Release • Removed EFM_Local from USAS Menu

  4. May Release • Updated OPU Validation • Autopost/Other – Changed to create future po batch files • USAEMS – Changed fatal errors to warnings • No longer necessary to enter in and exit out of each of the USAEMSEDT options before running USAEMS

  5. May Release • In order to run USAEMS early, the district will need to first run the USAEMSEDT financial summary option and update the fiscal year to 2014. This validation check will continue to be a fatal error as it also causes a fatal error in EMIS-R if it is not equal to the current fiscal year being reported.
