  3. Why??? 30 minutes can blow off tension by increasing levels of "soothing" brain chemicals like serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine

  4. PhysicalFitness Numerous studies suggest that fitness enhances cognition in humans as well. A randomized clinical trial published recently in the Journal of the American Medical Association 50 y.o. + 6 month exercise program Participants that exercised scored 20% higher on cognition test AND 10% higher retention rate after 1yr ***What can this do for your test scores???
