  5. 2016 – FITNESS CHECK FOR THE FUTURE Committee Chairs (revived) Rules of engagement Revised Articles of Association adopted April Internal Regulations adopted December Collection of members’ views Sounding of Board members by new Chair Good cooperative spirit Strong commitment of team Clarity on mission & transparency on deliverables Lead v respond ‘new’ challenges General members’ survey

  6. 2016 – GENERAL MEMBERS’ SURVEY Overall : United voice; excellent reputation; effective lobbying for the toy sector; well-informed Communications Committee: 90% of respondents are either satisfied or very satisfied Technical Committee: 100% of respondents are either satisfied or very satisfied Policy Committee: difficult to capture general conclusions Internal communications: 87% either satisfied or very satisfied
