  3. The Study • AGEP Program National Recruitment Program for minority (Black, Hispanic/Latino, and Native American) PhD students in the fields of Science, Math, Engineering and Technology.

  6. Description of Methods • Case Study Design • Interviews: 1 Staff, 1 Faculty and 62 Students • Observations: Physics and Math Departments • Document Analysis: Websites and Pamphlets • Validation: Poor • Analysis: Coded for themes using content strategies
