Final Phase 1 Early Restoration Plan • April 18, 2012 – Trustees announced finalization of the Phase 1 Early Restoration Plan and Environmental Assessment. • Approximately $60 Million for 8 Projects including: • Oyster cultch and hatchery projects • Marsh creation • Dune restoration • Boat ramps • Includes 2 Louisiana projects totaling more than $29 million. Final plan available at http://losco-dwh.com.

  4. Lake Hermitage Marsh Creation • $13.2 Million • 104 Acres of brackish marsh • Plaquemines Parish • Addition to CWPPRA project

  5. LA Oyster Cultch Project • $14.9 Million • Part 1: Cultch Placements on Public Seed Grounds • 850 acres • 6 locations • Locations being sampled • Part 2: Construction of an Oyster Hatchery Facility • Grand Isle, La. • Produce 1 billion eyed larvae per season

  6. LA Oyster Cultch Project • Hackberry Bay • $1.4 million • 200-acre site • Limestone • Completed May 21 • Sister Lake • $1.93 million • 300-acre site • Limestone • Additional 40 acres added • Completed June 2
