Usually in our culture organizational socialization involves one-way communication.

In our culture, one-way organizational socialization leads to passivity, powerlessness, and dependency. To avoid this, an explicit contract between workers and the organization can offer clarified responsibilities, feedback methods, support, and improved communication. This process fosters a two-way communication socialization, empowering workers for more meaningful and fulfilling work experiences.
