  1. Disputes and Disunity of early suffrage groups. Did this slow progress down? L.O: To continue looking at the formation and reformation of early suffrage groups, to identify why they fell out and to make a judgment as to whether this damaged the campaign for votes for women.

  2. How did it all start? Suffrage? What had led to 1867?

  3. What have we learnt so far about suffrage groups? • 1867? • MNSW? • NSWS? • CDA’s why did this cause a split? • Political parties ? How did this cause a split?

  4. Disunity or shaping of ideas to get what they wanted right. • We are going to add to the diagram we started last lesson but we are going to use some cartoons to help us.

  5. Can you explain why the various splits happened? • Can you say when they were?

  6. Essay Planning time. • Introduction. Say a bit about the origins of suffrage groups, why they were formed etc • Main body discuss the splits and which different groups were formed. • Discuss the splits and why they happened and how this had a negative affect on the campaign.(build in your source info) • Then do how the splits helped (build in sources • Give your opinion and JUSTIFY it!
