  2. Background • Last year our customers voted • Top ten changes identified • Tried to do as many as possible • Specified during early part of year • Development/initial testing from summer • Final BCS testing October • Live implementation 3/4 December 2007

Key and Other Changes KEY CHANGES (further details provided) • Speed up creation of JDs • New Help system including some context sensitive Help • Export suitable reports as Pivot Tables OTHER CHANGES • New Industry Models • Display carriage returns in all JD components • Include component codes in all the JD summary reports

  4. 1 Speed up creation of JDs As well as current (bulk) creation mode additionally (individual) create and edit

  5. 2 Improved Help System • Current system help is generic & thus quite limited • Have introduced some limited context sensitive help functionality and taken the opportunity to significantly improve the help system

  6. 3 Pivot Table Exports • Suitable Reports exported as Excel Pivot tables • Allows users to easily view summarised as well as detailed data & manipulate
