Rotary Club of Hong Kong Harbour Rotary Year 2010 – 2011Community Service Project Progress Update Background: • With the help of the Amity Foundation, the Club identified a Village Clinic Project in Guizhou, China, to be suitable as our Community Service Project • Led by PE Belinda Yeung (our President this year), a 4-members representative conducted a site visit to Guizhou in October 2009

Rotary Club of Hong Kong Harbour Rotary Year 2010 – 2011Community Service Project Progress Update Background (continued) • A Charity Ball “Hearty Dime, Shiny Night” was organized on 24 April 2010, successfully raised HK$2 million for the Guizhou Charity Clinic Project • Donation Agreement signed in August 2010

Rotary Club of Hong Kong Harbour Rotary Year 2010 – 2011Community Service Project Progress Update Background (continued) • First batch of proceeds of HK$500,000 transferred to the Amity Foundation in September 2010 • Second batch of proceeds of HK$116,254 and HK$113,850 for purchase of equipment and allowance for Village Clinic Doctors in the first year was transferred to the Amity Foundation in October 2010

Rotary Club of Hong Kong Harbour Rotary Year 2010 – 2011Community Service Project Progress Update • Chaired by PP Grace Yen, Director of Community Service, a review meeting was held in early October 2010 • Construction of 10 designated village clinics progressed well • It is expected that all 10 clinics will be completed in February 2011
