  3. 1) PLM Partner Portal – ‘Agile Account Request’ • http://plmportal.dell.com/public/welcome.aspx Two Ways to get into “Request Access” pages and apply PLM Partner Portal and other Applications Account (i.e. Agile) ** • ** To submit a request for an accountto an application on the Portal, please choose the application you require access to. That Support team will automatically create your DELL PLM Partner Portal account as well as grant you the required access to the application you chose Confidential

  4. 1) PLM Partner Portal – “Agile Account Request ” Select ‘New Account’ and fill-in all required fields and selected Application(s) (i.e. ‘Agile’), then click ‘Submit’ Note: Must provide your “DELL Sponsor E-mail address” for he/she will apply for an Agile account on your behalf. ** Dell Sponsor – is your DELL project Counterpart Please request Agile Account for PQM/AIC Confidential

  5. 2) PLM Partner Portal Log-on • PLM Partner Portal – a SharePoint-based web site that not only provides scalable Application Access, but also with each application Training Materials, FAQ, Job Aids,… for DELL & Partners. • To Log-on into PLM Partner Portal: • User Name = E-mail Address (sample only – Format will vary for each external company/user) • Password - Your PLM Partner Portal password (will be asked for change every 90 days) • PLM Partner Portal is a SharePoint-based web site that provides scalable application access, a central storage and collaboration space for documents, information, ideas, Training materials, FAQ, job aids,… for DELL & Partners Confidential

  6. 3) PLM Agile Access – 1. Through PLM Portal • Once Log-on PLM Partner Portal • Under ‘Product Data Management’  Click ‘Agile’ sub-site • Click ‘Launch Application’  ‘Login using Agile ID & PW’ Note: please be aware To this release: Your Agile Username / Password is different from PLM Portal and other application account -- see next slide Confidential

  7. 3) PLM Agile Access – 2. Agile Standalone Link • Access • Login as Agile Web Client Account https://agile.us.dell.com/Agile/PLMServlet • Access [log-in] Instructions: • User ID • User Name = E-mail Address (sample only – Format will vary for each external company/user) • Password • Agile account password (every 60 days need to be changed) • Note:Agile account will be inactivated if user does not [fails] to log into his/her account within a 90-day period. • See next slide to request Agile Password – ‘Re-instate’ or account ‘Update’ Confidential

  8. 3) PLM Agile Account – Re-instate, Update Select ‘Update’ or‘Re-instate’ and fill-in all required fields and selected ‘Agile’, then click ‘Submit’ Note: Must provide your “DELL Sponsor E-mail address” for he/she will apply for Agile account change Re-instate or Update on your behalf. ** Dell Sponsor – is your DELL project Counterpart Please select Agile for Re-instate or Update Confidential

  9. 4) Agile UPK – Online Training • AgileUPK Training (User Productivity Kits) – an on-line interactive, self explanatory tool to provide step-by-step training and is accessible from following area: • Agile 9.3 – Complete Basic UI training • Agile PQM – Product Quality Management • Agile PPM – Product Portfolio Management • Coming Soon - AIC – (Agile I-Drive Consolidation) • UPK provides the following modes of interactive training: • “See It”  –  a demonstration mode • “Try It” – hands on practice in a simulated environment • “Print It” – a printable Job Aid with step by step • instructions Confidential

  10. 4) Agile UPK Access – can be through 3 ways • Stand-Alone Content Player https://agileupk.us.dell.com • Integrated into Agile and accessible from Help Function https://agile.us.dell.com/Agile/PLMServlet • Click ‘Help’ button in Agile to access UPK • Accessible from the PLM Partner Portal http://plmportal.dell.com/public/welcome.aspx • Login Under ‘Training’ ‘Oracle UPK’ sub-site  Click ‘Log into Oracle UPK’ link. • ** See next slide for 3 way to logon UPK Confidential
