Promoting Caring Relationships: Feelings, Friends, and Music

In this PSHE, Music, Science, Art, and History-focused curriculum, students will learn about making positive choices, building healthy friendships, and expressing and recognizing emotions. They will also explore the Roman Empire, sound, pastel work, and mosaic art. Additionally, they will engage in activities related to diary writing, posters, dancing, swimming, rugby, and ball skills. This curriculum aims to develop various skills while fostering a caring and trusting environment.

Science- Sound *To describe how sound is made. *To explain how sound travels from a source to our ears. *To explain the place of vibration in hearing. • *To explore the correlation between pitch and the object producing a sound. • *To explore the correlation between the volume of a sound and the strength of the vibrations that produced it. • *To describe what happens to a sound as it travels away from its source.
