Scheduling for 2011-2012 Rising 11th Grade Students • During Instructional Focus on February 2nd, students will receive the following: • Registration letter (outlining scheduling procedures) • Course selection sheets (Rising 11th graders- PURPLE) • Teachers' recommendations for core classes • Graduation Requirements

Scheduling for 2011-2012 Rising 11th Grade Students • During Instructional Focus on February 2nd, students will see a Power Point Presentation giving directions on how to do the following: • View transcript • View teacher recommendations on Parent Portal and how to pick elective classes • Waive into/out of a class

  16. Schedule for 2011-2012 (SAME) 7 periods Modified day 50 minutes / 90 minutes classes Report card every 6 weeks

Important Scheduling Information • Parent Portal opens Wednesday, February 2nd at 4:00 pm • Parent Portal will remain open until 4:00 pm on Friday, February 18th • Student schedules will not be available online until July • Remember to use the 11th Grade Course Selection Sheet • Choosing classes is not on a first-come, first-served basis  • Choosing alternate electives is vital as students may not always get their first choice
