  4. Training of staff on MIS/M&E • Orientation of District and PFT level point persons done. • MIS Trainings for Master Trainers at State level conducted on 29th June,6th and 29th July, attended by PO/APO ,Data entry operators of ZP,M&E/MIS Point persons of DPIP and MPSRLM. • The Master Trainers imparted trainings to PFT level staff in NRLP and DPIP districts. The trainings for Block level staff in 34 non-intensive districts completed and remaining will be complete by the end of this month.

  5. Existing System of Data collection • Cluster Level: At cluster level village wise progress report is compiled and sent to districts. • District Level: Using the PFT-wise data, district progress is prepared. • Validation of important data is done in monthly VC. • State Level:At state level sectors specific reports are prepared using district wise data . • In MPSRLM reporting formats have been designed for Non-Intensive and DPIP districts.

  6. Books of Records • Books of Records finalized and prescribed by SMMU after state wide consultations . • Training on Book-keeping

Internal review mechanism • Internal review mechanisms for state and district level mission units reports, meetings, visits, workshops • Review of Progress in NRLP is being done through Video-Conference on monthly basis. • Bi-Monthly Meetings are held at SMMU level for planning, review of progress etc. • Region-wise Review meetings for non-intensive districts. • Monthly reviews at District level. • Field visits by officials of State and district to assess the overall implementation and monitoring of on-going works.

  8. M &E Action Plan in MPSRLM • Household data collection in NRLP Blocks. • Field level data collection Household wise and Village Profiles will be over by 31rst Dec,2013 • Baseline Survey :TOR submitted to NMMU for comments. • MIS • MPRSLM has adopted comprehensive web-based MIS prepared by NMMU . Self‐monitoring systems at the community level • Self‐monitoring of SHGs/primary level federations and other Organizations of the poor proposed.

  9. Social Audit and Evaluation studies • Process Monitoring Process monitoring will be done in Intensive blocks this year. • Social Audit • The SHGs and their federations will develop systems to facilitate social audits in coordination with Gram Sabha as part of their self monitoring systems • Evaluation and impact assessment • Mid term evaluation : Mid-Term evaluation shall be done in the 3rd year of MPSRLM.

  10. Other activities in MPSRLM • Feed back Mechanism Analytical reports are prepared and shared with State/district Mission Unit Teams on regular basis. Logical Framework Logical Framework will be prepared as per guidelines of NMMU

  11. Support required • Finalization of TOR ,EoI for Baseline study, Process Monitoring and Mid-term evaluation.
