  2. The Beginning… • In the 1870’s a device was made that could transmit messages in a more advanced way. Two inventors Elisha Gray and Alexander Graham Bell both independently designed devices that could transmit speech electrically also known as the telephone. The telephone often colloquially referred to as a phone, is a telecommunications device that transmit and receives sound. From that time until now the telephone is still used but in a more advanced way.

  3. Different Types The evolution of telephones has changed over time. Above are some of the telephones that were created. In arrangement of oldest to newest( left to right)

  4. The Start This was the first telephone made in March 10, 1876 1876 The second telephone was a more in-depth and advanced system that work more efficiently created around the 1870’s

  5. The Telephone ( mid-age ) • The first dial telephone 1905 • The inventor, AlmonStrowger 1973 the first cellular phone was created by martin cooper

  6. Modern Telephones Today’s modern telephone has advance ways of communicating Through the regular calling features, SMS text, and or the internet House phones has also taking on a change to wireless

  7. Later years… • Further down the road telephone advance more than imaginable whether it is a cell phone, house phone, or pay phone these advances help today's modern world in communicating efficiently.
