Reserved Tables: $320 - Table of 8 with CCA Memberships Kids (Ages 6 to 12): $10 at the door only (New Tide Membership Included) * Corporate Tables * Gold Sponsor Table ($1500) – Table of 8 with CCA memberships, special table gifts and full page program ad.
