  1. Second Attending Co Signature of Preorders • Process for BMT: • - NP/Phamacist prepares the order in pre-orders • - First attending will electronically sign the order in Wiz • - Second attending will electronically sign the order in Star panel with an attestation that Dario/Lijun are implementing now • Chemo pharmacy will be able to playback orders and start preparing chemo after first signature, but will NOT send up chemo to floor until they confirm that the second signature is on the order in Star Panel • PEDS- NON BMT- there is NOT a requirement for 2 attending co signature • If fellow prepares the order, the attending co-signs in Wiz. No additional signature required. This will be the majority of the cases for inpatient pediatric oncology • - if attending prepares the order, a second attending or fellow can co-sign the order in star panel as above for BMT. This should be the exception • - Pharamcy is NOT required to check that there are two signatures prior to dispensing the medication. This is how they are doing it now.
