  3. Punctuation leading into the quote? If incorrect or missing, circle and fix it for them. • Incorrect formatting? Circle and write NEED TO FIX • “Suddenly I realize/ That…I would break/ Into blossom” (ll. 22-24).

  4. QUOTES • Does the quote/example support the topic? If not write DOES NOT SUPPORT TOPIC • If the setup is weak or the quote could be blended more, write WORK ON SETUP

  5. ANALYSIS • Each quote should be followed by at least two sentences of analysis. If not, write TOO SHORT • If the sentence is incomplete or a fragment write AWK • if I, me, my, we, us, our or you is used circle it

  6. ANALYSIS • Are there key words from the question in the analysis? If not write ADD KEY WORDS FROM QUESTION • Does the analysis make sense and explain: 1. How Wright used imagery? • 2. How that image shows joy?
