  8. Pesticide Application in Schools • Each school district shall be required to implement an integrated pest management program with a primary goal of controlling dangerous and destructive pests with the judicious use of pesticides.

  9. Pesticide Application in Schools • Definition of “School” An institution for teaching children such as, but not limited to, preschool, kindergarten, child day care centers, primary, and secondary schools

  10. Pesticide Application in Schools • Advanced notification • Start of each semester or school year segment • Verifiable notice to: • All staff members, health professionals, and parents or guardians of school children • Twenty-four hour advance notice • Maintain registry
