DMM is one of the ethical marketing modeling divisions providing quality and professional marketing model talents for promotional activities e.g. advertisements, magazines, television commercials and fashion showcases.   4. mission statement DMM is a full service marketing modeling division. We supply talent and models to work in televisions commercials and print works. DMM specializes in multitalented, professional and strong personalities. At DMM we do not have a race, height or weight requirement. “DMM aims to become the premiere Asia Pacific top event management with multi-talented marketing models”

  5. differences with other modeling agencies DMM is different from other model agencies in the sense that we provide talents and models who are well-trained to be an affordable asset to the marketing techniques and tools for clients. In other words, marketing models showcase the products in such a way that it attracts crowd and induce awareness or sales. This is in contrary to models who showcase themselves rather than the products

Please join us today; there is no administration fee, but you have pay $ 500 for your portfolio • You have to undergo chargeable basic and/or professional training • More than half of the registered members are not given any assignments So what happens to the investment, portfolio and moreover you dream…

DMM So what is a fair treatment and training fee? • Do not expect anything for free! – will you work for free? • Training is highly dependent on the model – spoon-feeding is not the practice in the company. The more you wish to learn, the more effort is needed outside the class room. It all depends on your own effort to learn! • ALM has charged $500-1000 per day for professional training and seminars with payment in advance • In the case of DMM there is no payment made and there is a risk factor which is above the normal fee • If there are no assignments given within a year, DMM will not impose the training charges upon the models

  8. payment and terms What payment can a DMM model expect? • It depends highly on the assignments, length of contract, type of job, the clients and most importantly: YOURSELF. Currently there is no standard package price in the market. • Guaranteed payment: DMM models will be either paid directly after the assignment (or maximum 7 days after) • DMM models will be graded in due time which is in line with DMM policies and standards based on time and job specification • DMM may not follow the market rate. Our price may be higher or lower for some jobs. As you may know, not many model jobs are available in the market, because of an oversupply of models

So DMM hopes to work together with the marketing models to grow the industry and to obtain a win-win situation for both parties Models attached with modeling agencies, receiving higher payment may earn several hundreds per assignment but there is no job afterwards for a long period. When even out monthly, e.g. it may come to about $600-1200 So if we lower our charges, and you get more jobs every month with relatively stable income of say $1000 versus high charges and not knowing when the next job will be Models are not frequently used as part of the marketing mix because of the high price barrier and extensive product training programs

In line with DMM’s expectation we look for unique individuals with … • multi-talents = not only pretty face, but also knowledgeable in other ways • a healthy looking impression • a social and strong personality holding = not shy at all times • an outgoing, ‘sportive’ and enthusiastic character • a strong leading presence in terms of self-confident and independent • an ability to adapt and interact in certain circumstances • willingness to give more than MERELY being a marketing model: will power and self-disciplined to excel as a marketing model

  12. training package OUTLINE LEVEL ONE As mentioned before the training, will be provided for free. However, to have a win-win situation, DMM models are required to sign a contract prior to commencement of the training. The first three sessions are compulsory for everyone. Lay-out of LEVEL 1 Basic Pose: • Introduction and expectations – theory (today) • Practice Posture – sit, stand and lying positions • Portfolio Shooting on CD You are required to fulfill the given assignments per session and to study it at home. Your quality and improvement will totally depends on yourself.
