  29. Safety ControlExplanation Overview • Pilot heats the Thermocouple generating DC voltage (25 - 35mVolt) • DC Current flows through the High Limitto: • Pilot CoilThe energized coil generates magnetism. The magnetism holds the pilot valve open, allowing gas to flow to the main valve.

  32. Wiring Diagram (Door) Hi Limit , Thermocouple, “Radex” Wire Ass’y -- same as existing Thermopile, Thermostat, Gas valve -- new parts. Gas valve -- similar to CE Heritage standing pilot but has Millivolt actuator in place of 24VAC.
