Lessons Learned Given that this year a total sum of USD 833,000 (representing 28.5% of executed transactions) was returned as a result of direct and indirect cooperation with the beneficiary banks, we strongly emphasize on the importance of having in place: • Appropriate and sufficient procedures and ensure their proper implementation. • Appropriate and effective mechanisms for cooperation between banks and between other concerned parties.
