DAI • DAI: Digital Author Identification • Plan van aanpak in 2004 • Als project gestart in 2005 • Gesponsored door SURF • Project deelnemers: • RU Groningen, RadboudUniversiteit en OCLC [PICA] • Doel: toekennen van DAI’s aanonderzoekersmiddels NTA • Mijlpalen: • Huidigeonderzoekersopnemen in NTA via batch procedure • Nieuweonderzoekersopnemen in NTA via online procedure • Beschikbaarvanaf 2006 • Per 01-01-2013: 65.000 onderzoekers – 17 instellingen

  3. ORCID • ORCID: Open Researcher and Contributor ID • Doel: toekennen van unieke identifier aanwetenschappelijkeauteurs • Beschikbaarsindsoktober 2012 • Mogelijkheid tot zelfregistratie • ORCID: 16 cijfers: 0000-0003-1419-2405 • Door ISNI beschikbaargesteldblok

ISNI • ISNI: International Standard Name Identifier • Doel: • Toekennen van unieke identifier aan personen en organisaties betrokken bij het creëren, produceren, dirigeren en distribueren van ‘content’ • Auteurs, componisten, uitvoerende artiesten, etc., dus ook onderzoekers • Beschikbaar sinds november 2011 • ISNI: 16 cijfers: 0000-0003-1419-2405 • 6.6 miljoen namen met een ISNI

ISNI - vervolg • ISNI: • Systeem: CBS – gehost door OCLC Leiden • Zelfde software als NTA • Database: • Basis: VIAF database – maandelijkse updates • Toegevoegd: right management organisaties (CISAC), publishers (ProQuest, Bowker), JISC, CENL, etc. • Quality team: British Library, Bibliothèque nationale de France • Database vrij toegankelijk: http://www.isni.org/search

VIAF • VIAF: Virtual International Authority File • Ontwikkeld en gehost door OCLC Research • Bevat namen uit c. 20 thesauri: • Library of Congress, National Library of Australia, BnF, Deutsche Nationalbibliothek, etc. • December 2012: NTA geladen in VIAF • Maandelijkse update naar ISNI  • Vanaf 13 maart: NTA compleet in ISNI
