  3. Fadal Spindle ITS spindles are super precision components that require the highest level of care and handling. Our spindles are manufactured and assembled to the highest quality having passed inspection, testing and run-in procedures prior to shipment. FEATURES: GREASE LUBRICATION is widely used in a precision spindle assembly since it provides the simplest and most economical method of lubricating bearings while providing some degree of protection against the ingress of coolant and contaminants. Grease lubrication provides: ♦ Maintenance-free operation ♦ Does not require re-lubrication ♦ Spindles are permanently grease lubricated ♦ Lubricated for life.

  4. Fadal Amplifier Fadal Machine Amplifiers are electronic devices or circuits used to increase the magnitude of the signal applied to their input. The brand offers good quality amplifiers with easy fault detection features. ITS New Glentek AC brushless amplifiers for Fadal machines are featured with 5000 Line Encoder. These are designed in a linear way and rotate in 10 amps continuous and 20 amps peak. Fadal Machine Amplifiers are designed to drive a 6-pole motor with a 5000 line encoder. Each of the Fadal amplifiers comes with an instruction manual containing the safety instructions to avoid any kind of malfunctioning or personal injuries.

These belts are precision ground and matched size for the best results in your 10K HI/LOW system.Beware - Not all belts are the same! Many think that the spindle balancing is the key to all finish problems. You can have a perfectly balanced spindle and suffer poor finishes by using substandard belts.Good serpentine belts are critical in the high speed machining process. Our belts are not the garden variety belts commonly sold on-line. Inferior belts will cause noise and directly affect the part finish.

  6. Fadal Ballscrew When replacing ballscrews, it is imperative that you order the correct screw or your machine will not move accurately. Every ballscrew has a very specific diameter and pitch.
