Registration • Registration will be operational 1300 hrs Saturday (16 August) • Continues Sunday (17 August), 0800 hrs – 1600 hrs • We will be set up in the main foyer on the riverside of the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center (SITCC) • There will also be Pre-Registration for EANGUS 2009 (Rochester, Minnesota) at the same location • Registration will continue through 1200 hrs on 20 August (Wednesday) • Pre-Registration will continue through 1400 hrs on 21 August (Thursday) SGM Jackie McKennie (GA Host State) • Mr. Bryan Birch (EANGUS)

DG/VIP • DG/VIP Coordinators will arrange for arrival/departure transportation for EANGUS/Host State invited DG/VIP’s • State Adjutants General arrival/departure transportation arrangements will be the responsibility of the State CSM and/or CCM • State CSM or CCM must still provide TAG arrival/departure information to the DG/VIP Coordinators for situation awareness • Host state transportation will assist for TAG arrival/departure movement to the greatest extent possible within support capabilities • Any other DG/VIP ‘popups’ must be brought to the attention of the DG/VIP Coordinators immediately for consideration • All communication will flow into/out of the Host State Operations Center

Agenda Changes • REMEMBER, this year the conference is MONDAY thru THURSDAY • Area Caucuses will be scheduled for each day • 0700 hrs Day One through Day Three (Monday through Wednesday) • 0800 hrs Day Four (Thursday) • ARNG Soldier of the Year Awards Luncheon • Day One - Monday, 18 August • Additional event to recognize our best Soldiers • Cost of luncheon is $35 per plate • Limited to 400 attendees • ANG Recruiting and Retention Superintendants (RRS) Workshop • Workshop held in Westin • Will join us for the week to participate in EANGUS key events • Awards presented at All States Awards Banquet (Day 4, Thursday)

  13. Housing • DEADLINES • After June 1st all rooms not reserved will be released to the general attendee block. You will still be able to make reservations but they will need to be made under this block. • We will NOT remove your uncommitted rooms without first attempting to contact you and work out a solution • CONFIRMATIONS • Confirmation of your reservation will be sent by the hotel. • CANCELLATIONS • One night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival.
