Vision et définition • Vision : • « Un guichet unique permettant aux entreprises canadiennes de choisir, de remplir de soumettre et de payer en direct leurs permis et licences afin de satisfaire les exigences des organismes municipaux, provinciaux et fédéraux. » • Définition : • Les permis/licences sont définis comme une « approbation » du gouvernement pour qu’une entreprise puisse démarrer ou continuer ses opérations.
