  5. 3rd Route: • The Strengthening of Relations among Nations & the growth of Nation-sates • Establishing Connections in Many Parts of the World • The Industrial & Social Revolution in the U.S. & Europe • The Second Industrial Revolution & The Revival of Imperialism • The World in a Time of War
