  4. Internet Access to Data- A growing population - • Since 2004 the volume of User Accounts has grown by 137%, as depicted below;

  5. Internet Access to Data- Usage Levels - • Circa 1.2k unique User Accounts logged on daily • Daily IAD ‘hits’ range from 50-75k

  7. Internet Access to Data- It’s high profile - • A dedicated technical team working hard to investigate and resolve IAD issues • ‘Hot spot’ reporting into the xoserve Executive Team • Thrice weekly meetings with our service provider • Escalated to management team of our service provider

  8. Internet Access to Data- Next steps - • Shipper/xoserve workshop on 3rd July 2007 • Ongoing dialogue with Shipper community • Controlled reduction in new User Account request’s • Reconciliation of existing User Accounts • Undertake work to increase reliability via longer term robust solutions
