  6. Timeline • April-We were not making full use of our DI sessions and had to stay back. • 4 original soundtracks • Technical Design • Backdrop • Rehearsal • Admin matters • “Leaning Tower of Pisa” • “Jelly Paint” • Sick main cast • “First-aid Kit” for props

  7. Solution Problems we faced and solutions Problem One of the main leads was sick on the day preceding the competition. • We had a backup cast so that in the event of the main lead’s absence, the backup can take over.

  8. Problem • One of the pillars of our backdrop was leaning, thus being nicknamed the ‘Leaning Tower of Pisa’. • We assigned someone to hold the ‘Leaning Tower of Pisa’ so that it would not appear to be leaningduring our performance. Solution

  9. Problem • We had a shortage of masking tape and paint. • We tried our best to use only what was needed. Solution

  10. Problem • A lower primary boy accidentally knocked down a bucket of water which wet one of our pillars of the backdrop. • We put the wet backdrops in the sun to dry them. Solution

  11. Problem • We did not plan our time well, so we rushed out our props, which resulted in a decrease of quality. • We improved our efficiency and tried to make the props more desirable and quickly wiped away the paint to prevent it from damaging our props. Solution
