  3. Target Audience • General public • OSY • Students • Young & old • Employed & non-employed • Me ngipin o wala • ETC. (End of Thinking Capacity)

Participants • Provincial Government • City Government • Government Line Agencies • Local Organizations: Youth, Student Bodies, OSY, trashers, outdoor enthusiasts, skate/skim boarders, bikers • Coastal and Riverside Barangays • Special Participation of the Miss Maasin & Miss Macrohon • Approximately 3,000 people

  6. Activities • Day 1 Opening Salvo • Fun Walk / Parade w/ non motorized transport • Opening of booths • Orientation about the weeklong activity • Day 2 • Brgy. Level orientations • Film showing on Climate Change • Wall preparation for mural • Booth

  7. Activities • Day 3 • Mural painting • Beach acoustic jam • Booth • Day 4 • Coastal and River clean ups • Dance Crew competition • Booth • Mural Painting

  8. Activities • Day 5 FINALE & Culmination • Live Band CONCERT • Mural Painting • Booth

  9. + Factor • Awareness to all on cooperation during Coastal and River Clean ups • Networking of local organizations • Good Preparation (3 months) • Fund raising proceeds were used for supplemental feedings to less privileged kids and mangrove planting • Became yearly activity

Top Tips • Scoping on who are willing to join or fund the activity • Meeting to all possible players for the activity • Link to local hardware stores for free paints • Wall preparation ahead of time • Good event coordinator • Announcer while the date is fast approaching for more participants (as low end advertisements) • Include local beauty maidens and princesses that are willing to join by heart
