  3. Purpose How SME faces internationalization Define internationalization and SME. Focus on SME's strategies for internationalization How SME faces internationalization. Internationalization benefits to SME of water dispenser or not.

  4. Background In Taiwan, SME plays an important role in economic development. Taiwan's business industry about 97.63% is consisted of SMEs.

  5. Scope Participant-observation from now 10/26 2012 to 2/18 2013. Interview my uncle (SME) about his strategies. Interview my mother who is an accountant. Interview 3~4 employees individually
