STRATEGIA DE C-D IN DOMENIILE MATERIALE NOI, MICRO- SI NANOTEHNOLOGII IN PERSPECTIVA INTEGRARII IN SPATIUL DE CERCETARE EUROPEAN OBSERVATII CU CARACTER GENERAL • Raportul este un document cuprinzator si util pentru inventarierea potentialului stiintific si tehnic in domeniile specifice directiei prioritare 3 a FP6 • Raportul evidentiaza directii si nise de colaborare realiste, parteneriate din tara si pe plan international, care pot fi competitive in obtinerea de proiecte europene • Pentru a fi eficient in atragerea de parteneri, in special pe plan international, este necesar sa se elaboreze o varianta mai coerenta si mult mai scurta, in limba engleza

NANOFLUIDE MAGNETICE, NANOCOMPOZITE MAGNETIZABILE SI APLICATII • Subdomeniul este bine reliefat in cap.5, sectiunea 3: Strategia de C-D in domeniul nanotehnologiilor 5.3.1: evaluarea potentialului uman si a infrastructurii 5.3.2: estimarea directiilor de cercetare-dezvoltare tehnologica care pot asigura avantaje competitive pentru Romania 5.3.4: propunerea unor solutii privind formarea si dezvoltarea retelelor tehnologice integrate care sa cuprinda realizatorii potentiali ai obiectivelor stabilite 5.3.5: cai de implicare a Romaniei in cercetarea europeana in domeniul nanotehnologiilor si nanomaterialelor. NANOFLUIDE MAGNETICE, NANOCOMPOZITE MAGNETIZABILE SI APLICATII • Propuneri • In alin.1 al 5.3.2 a se formuleze ca directie C-D distincta “Nanofluide magnetice si nanocompozite magnetizabile”, care va include metodele de obtinere si caracterizarea complexa (structurala (SANS, TEM) magnetica, reologica, magnetoreologica, magnetooptica , termica. mecanica etc) a unei categorii largi de nanomateriale cu interactiuni slabe intre constituenti (“ magnetic soft matter composites”): nanofluide magnetice, emulsii magnetofluidice, nanofluide magnetice cu incluziuni nemagnetice si magnetice, fluide magnetoreologice, geluri si elastomeri magnetizabile, nanocompozite polimerice magnetizabile s.a.

La “aplicatii” sa se mentioneze explicit urmatoarele: - etansari rotitoare magnetofluidice - traductoare de debit si contoare de debit de gaz - amortizoare magnetoreologice semiactive - dispozitive de transfer termic de randament ridicat: nanofluidele magnetice ca agent termic controlabil magnetic - utilizarea de nanofluide magnetice si compozite biocompatibile in biologie si medicina - utilizarea de nanofluide magnetice la obtinerea de nanocompozite polimerice magnetizabile, cu structura ordonata
